Rifka Meyer, who runs a sheitel business in Golden’s Green, London has now acted despicably toward her husband Yossi Elkouby by threatening him with criminal court unless he gives her a get. Lea Sued: Her Forced Get Was Just Declared Null and Void

We at Mamzer Alert are saddened to have to profile the latest exhibit in the seemingly never-ending parade of rebellious women who make a mockery of the concept of marriage as being a בנין עדי עד, an everlasting bond.

Lea Chama and Yitzhak Yonatan Sued were married and lived in Mexico for a number of years, where they built a family. Things started to go wrong, and Lea started to agitate for a Get. She brought her case to the secular court, where she made false allegations against her husband which, sadly, is the normal modus operandi.

Meanwhile, the beisdin in Mexico declared that Yitzhak Yonatan was prepared to give a Get as soon as the outstanding issues were resolved, especially the wrongful and sinful alienation of the children from him. See Bais din letter  HERE  He also issued a מוסר מודעה (proclamation) that any Get procured from him by way of coercion or chicanery would be considered null and void. Therefore this is yet another reason that her GET is null and void and she maintains a status of eshet ish and any future children will be mamzeirim. Such has been declared  by a Bais Din in Monsey, Ny as still married to Yitzhak Yonatan Sued by virtue of obtaining an invalid GET . see letter HERE

Additional reasons why her Get is null and void are that she and her husband signed 2 documents at the Rabbanut's office in Israel, Document 1 and  Document2  stipulating conditions for this divorce. She subsequently violated those agreements after receiving her get, namely refusing her husband access to the children. Once again, her status are not mamzer alert's opinion, but rather decided by a Bais Din in Monsey that has verified the facts and has decided based on halocho. Lea used forceful tactics to obtain a GET which is possul according to halocho. She had the rabbanut detain her husband via a "TZAV IKUV seen  HERE

Therefore as a consequence of, and in direct response to this subterfuge, we announce to the world that her Get is null and void according to the Halacha and as per the Bais Din's letter seen above.. The Get is both מעושה (coerced) and מוטעה (false), and no man is allowed to date her. If she decides to use it anyway to remarry, let it be known that any child that is born from that union shall immediately be declared a mamzer. She reportedly lives in Mexico, so that community especially needs to be made aware of who Lea Sued (Chama) really is.

Menachem Mendel Feller Declared a 'Definite Mamzer' by the Bais Din

We at Mamzer Alert hereby make it known that Menachem Mendel Feller, a son born recently to Atara Michal Kreindler (nee Simkowitz) is a 'definite mamzer' who is forbidden to marry any Jewess who isn't also a mamzer. This status was pronounced in a letter put out by the Bes Din of the Central Rabbinical Congress of the United States and Canada. This tragic situation unfolded as a result of Mrs. Kreindler marrying someone else while she was still married to her husband Simcha Moshe Kreindler without receiving from him a get. We take note of the boy's lofty name which is a homage to greatness, and we sincerely hope that this token will help him overcome the almost insurmountable burden his mother has selfishly placed upon him from birth through no fault of his own. May this be the last totally unnecessary and preventable tragedy to occur due to the trampling upon the laws of the Torah by cynical individuals.

ATARA MICHAL KREINDLER: No Get, Remarried, and a Mamzer on the Way

Another foolish young woman has made a mockery of halacha, and threatens to lead other gullible woman astray!

Atara Michal Simkowitz married Simcha Moshe Kreindler in 2011. Their troubled marriage first began to unravel some time later, finally breaking down irretrievably in 2015. Simcha Moshe was summoned to Bais Din Agudas HaRabbonim of the United States and Canada. He refused to appear, based upon the instruction of his mentor Berel Futerfas of Crown Heights, since his rights were being trampled upon. A seruv was subsequently issued against him from the besdin. Meanwhile, Mrs. Atara Kreindler went to the disreputable International Beit Din of Simcha Hacohen Krauss, Yehuda Warburg and Ariel Holland. They invented a heter for Atara to receive an annulment based upon a faulty three-pronged reasoning, and based upon the testimony of Atara alone: that Simcha Moshe never consummated the marriage; that he suffers from some mysterious mental illness; and the 'fact' that Atara's mother, a convert, didn't really keep Shabbos after the conversion. These three charlatans then suggested she find a rabbi who will agree to let her use this reasoning as a 'bargaining chip' to convince her husband to grant her a get.

Atara went to Dayan Sholom Shuchat of Brooklyn with this ridiculous idea, and he was mortified! He told her you cannot use a phony heter like this for anything, not even a 'bargaining chip.'

Next, Atara went to ostensibly 'Haredi' rabbi Gavriel Zinner (Sinner?), author of Nitei Gavriel whose specialty in halacha does not include women's issues (Even HaEzer), who signed off on the dubious heter.


With this glowing (scalding?) approbation, Atara ran off in 2018 with her new boyfriend Levi Feller (above), a former Orthodox Jew who had previously run away from his wife, keeping her an aguna until he finally divorced her, subsequently lapsing into a secular Jew. Soon after, they were 'married' against the halacha by modern 'rabbi' David Kaplan. The tragedy now is that in the eyes of halacha, Atara Kreindler is STILL MARRIED to Simcha Moshe Kreindler, and her future offspring are to be considered MAMZERIM. The bigger tragedy is, a new mamzer is reportedly already on the way!
